- Orders received Monday through Friday before noon EST qualify for same-day delivery.
- Orders for delivery on the weekend must be placed on or before 3 pm EST on Friday.
- Orders received during the weekend will be delivered the following Monday.
- If you need delivery outside our coverage area please do not hesitate to contact us, we have several alternatives we can offer!
- If your purchase is less than $100.00, the total value paid will be taken as store credit valid for three months, exchangeable for any other product(s) from Tropical Roses that represent the total of the purchase.
- If your purchase is more than $100.00 you are eligible for a refund, however, a charge of $25.00 will be applied.
- All flower arrangements are subject to changes upon the availability of flowers. Any flower substitutions will be made keeping the same feeling and the same value of the order.
