Simply dip freshly cut stems into the solution for a second before placing them in water. Perfect for florists, DIYers, and beginners, it ensures flowers stay vibrant and hydrated from the start.

 

How to Use:
1. Pour 2 inches of the product into a small container.
2. Cut the stems of your flowers.
3. Dip the freshly cut stems into the product for 1 second.
4. Immediately place flowers in water to hydrate properly.
**Wear gloves, eye & skin protection. Wash hands after use.**

    We are not responsible for any delays due to FedEx.
    We ship out Monday to Friday via FedEx expedited to ensure fresh and ready-to-use flowers upon arrival.

    We encourage you to place your orders 8-10 days in advance to ensure we have your order ready and to ensure we get the freshest products for you. 
    We ask this time because our products are directly imported from farms down in South and Central America specifically for you. So this allows us to guarantee the quality of our products and also peace of mind for you that your order is fresh and has not been sitting in a cooler for the past 3 months. 
    We also suggest that you set your delivery/shipping date 2-3 days before your event so you have time to hydrate and process your flowers and have them ready for your event! 
    Please send us a message by chat or an email before placing last-minute orders to ensure we have what you need in stock, we will do everything we can to accommodate your order. 

    Return Policy:
    Refunds will be treated on a case-by-case basis. Our policy states:
    All returns will be given as store credit, except in cases where the product does not arrive at Tropical Roses Facilities on time for shipping or if the product is in poor condition during our quality control process before delivery.
    No return or store credit will be given 24 hours after your flowers have been delivered, considering the perishable nature of the items and factors beyond our control once they leave our facilities.
