Same-Day Delivery Policy

At Tropical Roses, we understand the importance of prompt service. Orders received Monday through Friday before noon EST qualify for same-day delivery within a 20-mile radius of our location. Please note that same-day delivery is subject to the availability of the products we have in stock. Only one delivery date per order is allowed. In case of multiple dates specified, the entire order will be shipped on the earliest date chosen by the customer.

Nationwide Shipping Policy

For our customers beyond our local reach, we offer nationwide shipping services. Our freshly cut flowers are carefully packed and shipped via FedEx, ensuring they arrive at your location within 1-2 days, depending on your zone. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays caused by FedEx.

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our freshly cut flowers. In the event that your order does not meet our high standards, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Store credit, valid for one month, will be issued for approved returns. Exceptions to this policy include instances where the product does not arrive at Tropical Roses Facilities on time for shipment or if the product is in unsatisfactory condition during our quality control process before delivery.

Kindly note that cancellations for orders are only accepted up to 8 days in advance of the scheduled delivery, Within 8 days of your date of delivery or pickup only store credits apply. Within 3 days of your order being delivered or picked up no cancellation nor store credit will be permitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
