Valentine's order are not suitable for free delivery

 

Same Day Delivery Policy

We offer same-day delivery - some restrictions may apply

* Orders received Monday through Friday before noon EST qualify for same-day delivery. 

* Orders for delivery on the weekend must be placed on or before 3 pm EST on Friday. 

* Orders received during the weekend will be delivered the following Monday. 

If you need delivery outside our coverage area please do not hesitate to contact us, we have several alternatives we can offer!​

Return Policy

Refunds will be treated on a case-by-case basis, however, our policy states:
1. If your purchase is less than $100.00, the total value paid will be taken as store credit valid for three months, exchangeable for any other product(s) from Tropical Roses that represent the total of the purchase.
2. If your purchase is more than $100.00 you are eligible for a refund, however, a charge of $25.00 will be applied.

Kindly note that cancellations for orders are only accepted up to 72 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For any inquiries or assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support.

Substitutions

All flower arrangements are subject to changes upon the availability of flowers. Any flower substitutions will be made keeping the same feeling and the same value of the order.
