Mother's Day Pickup Disclaimer
From Feb 9th-14th we will not be able to guarantee a specific pickup time. You will receive a text message once your order is ready. If you do not receive a text, this will mean that your order is not ready yet.

Mother's Day Season Policy
All orders scheduled for pickup or delivery between April 27th - May 11th fall under Mother's Day season pricing and must be placed directly with our sales team. Any online orders placed for these dates will be reviewed and adjusted to Mother's Day rates.
Refund Notice: Orders placed at regular pricing for this period are subject to refund only after May 11th.

How is Mother's Day season week different from regular weeks?
Due to the extremely high volume of orders, our schedule and processes adjust to ensure every order is fulfilled accurately and on time. This means tighter availability, earlier cutoffs, and additional quality-control steps.
Will I receive the exact rose variety I ordered?
During Mother's Day season, certain rose varieties may sell out quickly. While we cannot always guarantee a specific variety, we always guarantee the correct color family.
This ensures your arrangements remain consistent with your design vision.
How can I ensure I get the flowers I want?
We highly recommend pre-ordering as early as possible. Early orders have the best access to full inventory and minimize the risk of substitutions.
What if I notice an issue with my pickup order after I leave?
Once the pickup confirmation is signed, we cannot accept complaints about incorrectly fulfilled orders.
Please review your items carefully at the time of pickup.
Are refunds allowed during the Mother's Day season?
No. All Mother's Day pre-orders are non-refundable. Store credit policies may apply only in specific circumstances outside of customer selection or timing.
Can I choose a specific pickup time for my order?
No—because we process orders strictly by order number, we cannot guarantee exact pickup times.

What happens during pickup?
For all pickup orders, a team member will personally review the order with you.
You will be asked to sign your order form, verifying that everything in your order is correct and complete.
Why are changes and substitutions more common during Mother's Day season?
Flower availability fluctuates rapidly due to global demand. Substitutions ensure that you still receive products in the right color, quality, and quantity, even if a specific variety becomes unavailable.
Can I still place an order online during this time?
No—for guaranteed pricing, please place your order directly with our sales team through our regular contact channels.
When should I place my Mother's Day orders?
The earlier, the better! Orders placed after April X are automatically considered Valentine’s season and may be subject to adjusted pricing and availability limits.
How do you ensure the flowers are fresh with so many orders?
Our team maintains strict quality control—hydrating, inspecting, and preparing flowers daily to ensure freshness throughout the peak season.
